The Handmade Evolution — Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All items are handmade and require time to prepare. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If you ever need an estimated ship date or have a time‑sensitive order, feel free to contact us at handmade.evolution@gmail.com or via Shopify messaging.


Shipping Methods

We ship orders through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s current pricing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery speed is outside of our control.


Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses

If you need to update an address, contact us before your order ships.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier or post office. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If a package is marked “in transit” for an extended period, we recommend opening a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist you with information needed for the claim.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement. Please review our Returns & Replacement Policy for full details.


Handmade Item Disclaimer

All items are handmade, and slight variations may occur. Many products are created using upcycled cards, which means coloring and character placement may vary from item to item.
